Description

Currently, the action of clicking on a PDF icon in the list of texts does not seem to produce any entry in the log.
The administrator should be able to know what texts (pdf files) were displayed, and, if available, by what user.

N.B. The same mechanism can be used as a temporary solution to keep track of accès to XML sources of the corpora

This ticket should be linked to a ticket concerning activity logging on the portal.
PDF download activity should be specified along other activity logging specification.
At least the following data should be logged :
  • when
  • who (even anonymous)
  • what corpus
  • what text

#2 Updated by Serge Heiden almost 6 years ago

XML sources download activity should be done in the same way as PDF download activity.
That is, a 'XML sources download' command - or equivalent - should be logged.
I don't understand what should be done more to log XML download activity than logging such a command.

OK

  • what corpus

NO

  • what text

NO

This log is not very useful if the text is not specified (the corpus is less important).
Priority set to Normal.
