RCP: 0.7.6, Charts exported SVG contain an empty/transparent area at the bottom

Description
SVG charts exported via "Export view" of JFC chart editor tool bar contain an empty/transparent area at the bottom (related to the viewbox SVG attribute).
The problem is present for example in Linux preview but also when opening the file with Inkscape under Windows.
Validation test¶
- call a progression on DISCOURS
- export
- open with InkScape
- There is no empty area below the progression graphic

This bug has been noticed in the following configurations:
- Ubuntu 13.04 + openJDK 7
- Ubuntu 13.04 + openJDK 6
- Ubuntu 12.04 + ?????

Fixed. The output file dimensions were wrong. Tested under Windows + Inkscape.
Need to be tested under Linux and Mac.
