Mis à jour par Matthieu Decorde il y a presque 11 ans

SVG charts exported via "Export view" of JFC chart editor tool bar contain an empty/transparent area at the bottom (related to the viewbox SVG attribute).
The problem is present for example in Linux preview but also when opening the file with Inkscape under Windows.

* call a progression on DISCOURS
* export
* open with InkScape
* There is no empty area below the progression graphic
