export/import word properties in table command, rename command name and csvFile parameter

Description

  1. File > Export > Properties > Word Properties to table (.csv)
    1. rename command name to "Word Properties to table (.tsv)"
    2. rename "csvFile" parameter to "tsv_file"
    3. rewrite tooltip of the "csvFile" parameter to "output file, in .tsv format"
  2. File > Import > Properties > Word Properties to table (.csv)
    1. rename command name to "Word Properties to table (.tsv)"
    2. rename "csvFile" parameter to "tsv_file"
    3. rewrite tooltip of the "csvFile" parameter to "input file, in .tsv format"
