Description

The current URS units limits edition UI follows the object-command-parameter syntax.

Add another complementary UI syntax pattern with the following scheme:
- select a unit object
- select words parameters
- click on one of the "edit limits" command buttons
- the unit limits are updated using the words selection

The old (unit selection, edit limits command button, word selection) syntax must still work.
