Concordance broken as the first command applied to a subcorpus

Description
When the user applies a Concordance on a subcorpus as the first command of the working session, the command aborts with the error message "CQP corpus is not available".
If the user applies the Property command on a subcorpus first, then a Concordance applied to this subcorpus command works correctly.
