Description

The "TXM.ini" file name has been changed to "launcher.ini"

Documentation might quote the file to change the default vm memory size

The "TXM" launcher binary file name has been changed to "launcher" (windows: TXM.exe -> launcher.exe)
The "TXM" binary launcher file was already named "launcher" in the mac os x build. Now all builds launcher file are named "launcher" (windows: launcher.exe)

Paths have changed also: (exerpt from manual, FR)

  - Windows en général :
    - compte ordinateur pesonnel : `$HOME\.TXM-0.8.1\launcher.ini`
    - ou bien compte itinérant (salles de machines en libre service) : `$HOME\AppData\Roaming\.TXM-0.8.1\launcher.ini`
  - Windows XP : `$HOME\Application Data\.txm\launcher.ini`
  - Mac OS X : `$HOME/.TXM-0.8.1/launcher.ini`
  - Ubuntu : `$HOME/.TXM-0.8.1/launcher.ini`

The file name and the path has changed on Ubuntu: $TXMHOME/.txm/TXM.ini -> $HOME/.TXM-0.8.1/launcher.ini
