Description

The HTML doctype declaration should be systematically added to the pages of TXM editions.

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

This will allow using some CSS selectors (like [attribute*=value]) under IE8 (see http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/sel_attr_contain.asp)
