RCP: X.X, Toolbar buttons display behavior

Description

In TXM 0.7.7 and previous versions, the buttons displayed in the toolbar depend on the RCP current selection.
To see the available commands the users first need to click on a corpus (or partition).

But if the user click in another window, the commands are hidden even if the corpus is still selected in the corpora view.

Solution

We need the commands buttons to be only listening only to the corpora view selection.
