Description
The BFM portal FAQ provides documentation pertinent for any TXM portal, especially information related to user session startup troubleshooting: https://groupes.renater.fr/wiki/bfm-liste/faq/index
We must:- build a generic TXM portal FAQ based on the BFM portal FAQ
- provide that default documentation FAQ to any newly installed TXM portal
