If the portal is set to mode=expo, then the font size must be higher

Global font size should be related to a portal parameter or preference.
So the exact formulation should be:- ticket A: add a global-font-size parameter or global variable or option, etc.
- ticket B: if the portal is set to mode=expo, then set the global-font-size preference to a defined high value (optimized for a specific screen size)
