RCP: Ubuntu 12.04 VM and 13.04 VM, the TXM setup window appears behind the Software Center window

Description

The TXM setup window appears behind the Software Center window leading to a misunderstanding of installation process. The Software Center keeps to say "In progress" but we need to move this window to continue and proceed with TXM installation.

This is a known bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-center/+bug/652874

That Ubuntu ticket dates from 2010 and is considered 'low' priority, so we should consider that it will never be resolved.

Solution 1

Understand what displays the configuration window (first window of the installation process?) and manage to place the window in front.

Solution 2

Replace the Ubuntu Software Center technology by something with less bugs.
