Description
Add a new update level called "Dev" that will be used to do tests before the "Alpha" update level is reached :
- add the "Dev" level in the preference page
- add the "Dev" repository in the "Install Extension" command
- add the "Dev" repository in the "Update TXM" command
- update bash scripts (used to update the repositories)
