Description
Current R SVG driver produces SVG that does not allow people to easily edit graphic labels (all character strings are converted in paths). Re-pluging RSvgDevice will let TXM keep character strings in the SVG, so that it will be easier to edit label properties (size, font...).
- RCP: add new SVG driver preference
- TBX: Replug RSvgDevice
- TBX: add an option for the RCP SVG driver preference

Another solution to keep using Cairo may be to export the charts as PDF and then convert the PDF to SVG with a Java lib.
