Description

Windows, close the batch prompt windows after TXM is launched.
Since approximately TXM 0.7.7, setup doesn't install a .vbs launcher anymore so the .bat launcher opens a prompt windows.
Close this windows after TXM is launched until we stop to use some scripts for the first launch and for the RCP launching configuration.

Solution

Use "START" command to run "launcher.exe" in "TXM.bat"
Manage the "-debug" argument of "TXM debug.bat" to add a "pause" command when launched in debug mode
