"record" command and "Bibliographic record" / "Notice" button not working in TXM 0.6.3 portal

Description
In the BFM portal (https://txm-bfm.huma-num.fr/txm), the "Notice" button situated in the lower right corner of edition pages does not work: a new tab is opened but the record is not displayed.
The call of the command via URL does not work eihter (e.g. https://txm-bfm.huma-num.fr/txm/?command=record&path=/BFM2022&textid=AlexisRaM)
However the records are diplayed correctly under the list of texts.
The textid-biblio.html files are currently located in the /var/lib/tomcat9/webapps/txm/biblio/ folder.
Also tried to copy them to the /TXMWEB/txm/biblio/ folder and CORPUSNAME subfolder.
Note that the latest version of the Admin manual (2022-12-02) mentions the "biblio" command that is no longer available and does not specify the parameters for the "record command.
