Description
The ud_prefix preference is used when :
- importing a corpus with the UD import command
- importing annotations with the "Import CoNLL-U annotations from XYZ..." commands
- if the ud_prefix corpus preference is not set , these commands set it
- building UD tree with the "Syntatic Tree" command and the UD representation
