Editor, the first line composite is not hidden/disposed even if it's empty and the compute button has been programmatically removed

Description
Editor, the first line composite is not hidden/disposed even if it's empty and the compute button has been programmatically removed.
Eg.: see the Edition editor, we can see the empty toolbar area.
It seems not possible to remove the button from the plugins.xml of each plugin eg. edition, partition dimension, etc. still because the RCP mechanism that is not dedicated to put toolbar in each Editor.
