Description
Since we do not support 32bit systems anymore, remove win32 32bit dll and exe files from builds in:
- CQP.win32
- Embedded R directory
- change the configuration so TXM uses R 64bit (at this moment there is a known bug: even on 64bit Windows, it's the 32bit version of Reserve that is launched)

The RStatsEngine default preferences has been changed to use the 64bit R version on Windows (since 0.8.0 alpha).
