Description
This happens when the rebuildAFR box is unchecked.
The perl script included in the rebuildAFR step is not called correctly and does not produce the afrlex.tsv file necessary for the furhter process.
Solutions :
A. (Temporary patch) : Produce the afrlex.tsv files independently and check the box "rebuildAFR".
B. Adapt the perl script and call it correctly from the recette script
C. Rewrite the perl transformation in Groovy

Test: delete %$USERDIR/TXM/dictionaries% directory and re-try.
Result: the same error occurs.
