Description
Progression chart, SVG exported file (from Export view) with JFC engine can not be open in Firefox or Inkscape.
The bug is linked to the character xA0 that sometimes appears in the generated SVG file.

After checking, the last 0.7.8 alpha has the property file.encoding=Cp1252 set in About/config.
The bug is not reproducible when launching from Eclipse excepted if we add this -Dfile.encoding=Cp1252 to the VM args.
It only happens when the TXM language is FR and there are some numbers as "10 000", 5 000", etc. in chart axes, the non-breakable space is then not well encoded in the UTF-8 SVG file. This bug can impact all the charts that contain non-breakable spaces in some units or labels.

This bug is a side effect of wrong path of TXM.ini in TXM.bat, the location has changed and now it should be called like this:
"%installdir%\TXM\TXM.ini"
