Specificities line chart, the mouse over line highlighting does not always draw the lines and shapes over other elements.
Other point, the highlighting works only if the mouse cursor is over a shape/point, should it work if the cursor is over a line too ?

Test case / steps to reproduce:

compute specificities on DISCOURS_text_date partition
select the lines 1944, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1954, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960 and compute a line chart (not a bar chart)
move mouse over on some points
=> sometimes some highlighted points and lines are not drawn over the others
