RCP: 0.7.6, in Preferences (Parameters) setting, 'Restore defaults' command doesn't work properly

Description
In Preferences (parameters) setting interface, for quite every command, the Restore Defaults button sets field values to the first value of the possible range (or even sometime outside of the range, for example for Description), whereas the expected value would be the initial value which the field gets after the installation process.
