Create a new import module named "XML-TEI URS" with the following parameters:
* a source directory containing 2 subdirectories(*)
** "texts" containing the XML-TEI TXM pivot files
** "annotations" containing the XML-TEI URS annotation files
* if an URS annotation model file called "XXX" is present in the root directory, import it as the URS annotation model of the corpus
*Notes*
*: a directory containing a "texts" and a "annotations" directories is produced by the TXM "Export > Export [URS] Annotations in XML-TEI format" TXM command. format.

* first, call the XML-TXM import module
* then, import the URS annotations
* and then, the URS annotation model (if present)
