Proposition: The console message related to the call of the TreeTagger
software should contain information related to the full
path of the program executed and all its arguments and
their full path.

Reason: it can be very difficult to diagnose the reason
for which any tagging get done while importing a corpus.
Complete messages will help diagnose if:
- the right software is called
- the right linguistic model is used
- the right options are used
