Currently the AFC form allow the user to chose between only the 1-2, 1-3 and 2-3 plans. We need to have a way to choose another plan.

* Java interface only loads the first 5 factors informations by default

Add the next combinations (1-4, 1-5, 2-4 ,2-5, 3-4, 3-5)

Allow user to choose the axes in 2 fields. Available from a "more axis" button
