Mis à jour par Matthieu Decorde il y a presque 2 ans

* make OVER the first choice
* change default position from : TOP to OVER
* rename "LEFT_OF" to "LEFT"
* rename "RIGHT_OF" to "RIGHT"
* add tooltip to the list widget

This should limit the number off empty area in TXM.
