Description
The term 'Dictionary' is inappropriate and incorrectly spelled
phase 1 - Add the DictionnaryPermission name and keep retro-compatibility for LexiconPermission (for old profile definition files)

Tested on TEST portal with BfmUser profile.
Both permission names (DictionnaryPermission and LexiconPermission) seem to be working
The list of permissions in the admin interface has been updated.
- The LexiconPermission should appear after (and not before) EditionPermission in alphabetical order
