Description

Make TXM compatible with the last version of Debian : bookworm

Solution

- change dependency "libtiff5" to "libtiff5|libtiff6"
- change dependency "libjpeg8" to "libjpeg8|libjpeg62-turbo"
- check if it does not break the Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 compatibility
