Description
Problem
If a DTD address point to the W3C website, the XML parsers will try to contact indefinitely the W3C website
What have been done ?
DTD presence test have been disable
Is is not enough, because we need to :
- solve entities
- be able to check the DTD
Possible solution:
- set up a DTD catalog
