Description

The current name and order* (from top to bottom) of the "Name" and "First name" fields of the subscription form can induce misinterpretations, depending on native language, between "first name" and "last name" (some BFM subscriptions show this).

Solution

Rename and re-order the fields like this:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
