Document where the portal is looking for the properties command HTML file

Current code

File infoHTMLFile = new File(corpus.getBaseDirectory(), "Properties.html");

Solution

for a Huma-num portal: /TXMWEB/txm/corpora/CORPUSNAME/Properties.html
