Description
When multiple search engines are available the query widget should allow to select the search engine to use.
new preferences :- default engine preference with default value "CQP"
- show all available search engines
Query widget interface:
ENGINENAME [o] [ï] [ ][v] (>)
ENGINENAME: the engine name, shown if the selected engine is not the default engine[o]: button to open the engine selection dialog[ï]: button to open the query assistant dialog. The button is not shown if not available for the selected engine[ ][v]: query text field with history(>): run the query
