GWT: 0.5, Impossible to update bibliographic records files

Description
The files contained in '/var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/test/biblio' do not appear to be updated from '/usr/share/tomcat6/.TXMWEB/test/biblio' at portal restart.
It is impossible to write files directly to '/var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/test/biblio', so there is no way to update the records.
By the way, the folder '/var/lib/tomcat6/txm/projets/test/biblio' still exists, which creates confusion.

The rights were not correctly set in the "test" directory

OK : Tested on "test" portal. The procedure of setting rights should be described in the portal admin manual.
