Description
Add a new main menu entry "Utilities" to give direct access to the macros without using the Macro view.
The main menu is simpler and do not involve editing the macros.

This first implementation gives access to all the macros available.

problem with the "TS > Tools" (and maybe URS > Tools) menu -> not filtering the utilities to the "tiger" (and "urs"?) macro directory
