Windows, update, erase TXM.bat with the wrong one

Description

The TXM.bat update file does not contain the right version ("TXMVERSION" instead of "0.8.1")

Solution 1

remove TXM.bat from the feature files

Solution 2

Do the "TXMVERSION" String replaces during the RCP build step instead of the setup build step
