Updates not working, update can't replace some plugins

Description
The update features can't replace the plugins directly included in the org.txm.rcp.feature.
eg the chart plugins are included in org.txm.rcp.feqture and in org.txm.chart.feature features
solution¶
- remove the plugins of org.txm.rcp.feature if they are already included in another feature
- ensure the product does include the dependant features (content tab)
- remove the svn qualifier from the buid.properties files: the svn qualifier brokes TXM udpate -> reason unknown
Test the update using the "Check for updates" / "Vérifier les mises à jour"
