Grayscale, Black and White and monochrome modes only affect the chart entities, not the labels, etc.

Description

NOTE BP: - sur le passage en niveaux de gris : les couleurs n'ont pas été converties en gris pour les éléments périphériques (labels, titres).

Grayscale, Black and White and monochrome mode only affect the chart entities,; not the labels, etc.
SJ: but do we really want that affect the labels, etc.?
