Description
Continue to mutualize some code and preferences in org.txmp.setups to facilitate the multi-OS building.
- use build.properties to copy the "doc" directory or the pdf manual from org.txm.doc
- clear/move to archives all the old .sh scripts that became useless since we use build.properties
- TODO: complete the list...
