Some command menu entries should be disabled on not computed results

Description

Some command menu entries should be disabled on not computed results.
Export, etc. need to check the list. But maybe also all command that create a child result?
Need to create an new RCP test on the has been computed once state.
Warning: the test may be more precise because lazy results are not yet computed but CAN compute.
