link@targets doesn't exist in TEI P5, link@target is, and can encode several targets.

The bug comes from the XML-TEI-TXM format spec (https://groupes.renater.fr/wiki/txm-info/public/xml_tei_txm), now corrected.
For better TEI conformance, we should use the general StandOff mechanism, as in TEI-URS (https://groupes.renater.fr/wiki/txm-info/public/annotation/specs_annotation_analec/export_import#commande_d_export_xml-tei-urs).
The the values of @target should point to resource identifiers and not contain text strings.
