Remove useless large files from embedded R fragments

Description
We could lighten the embedded R fragment.
First steps: need to do some tests but we can gain 100M by removing the 2 following libs:
bin.excludes = res/win32/library/BH/,\
res/win32/library/stringi/
(These libs are already removed in the 0.8.0 alpha for win32)
CRAN contains a section to show package dependencies that can be used to check what we need.
