Description

1) List all data results available from FactoMineR or Java and give a definition reference to each:
  • from FactoMineR documentation
  • OR from Data Analysis reference publications (mathematical + algorithms)
Example :
contributions in Lebart, L. Fénelon, J-P. "statistique et informatique appliquées"), 1973
  • definition: section III-7 p. 249
  • algorithm: section AIV-9 p. 311
2) relation between R <-> Java
  • most data results come from FactoMineR and are transmitted 'as is' to Java for display
  • some data results are computed in Java: e.g. 'Quality'

3) clarify FR and EN main terminology differences

  • BP (2013-02-13) (suite au mail de Jean-Claude Deroubaix sur txm-users la veille) Les inerties sont différentes, entre le plan factoriel affiché et les tableaux chiffrés d'aide à l'interprétation. Il y a un écart d'une racine carrée sur les valeurs propres. Il faut vérifier ce qu'on appelle exactement inertie dans la tradition française de la textométrie, la référence étant le Lebart & Salem 1994.
