Description

Since the removal of Ubuntu debconf messages, we need to show the Terms of use of TXM? See: https://groupes.renater.fr/wiki/txm-info/public/specs_setups#section078

Validation test

  1. Install TXM 0.7.8
  2. answer "Cancel" to the Terms of use popup -> TXM closes
  3. re-start TXM
  4. answer "OK" to the Terms of use popup -> popup closes
  5. re-start TXM
  6. the popup is not shown

when closed TXM shows a Java error dialog
