Description

Implement an R chart creator for Texts Balance extension.
Location: /org.txm.textsbalance.core/src/org/txm/textsbalance/core/chartsengine/r/RBalanceSpiderChartCreator.java
Do not forget to remove:

     public Class getChartsEngineClass() {
        return null;
    }

when done.
