Manage chart rendering color modes:

  • Colors (using the predefined palettes, 5 items, 10 items, etc.)
  • Grayscale
  • Black and White
  • Monochrome

at the three following layers:

  • Global preferences
  • Command preferences
  • Result preferences (Editor toolbar dynamic chart edition)

Validation tests

  • go to "Parameters\TXM\Advanced\Charts Engine" and select "R" as "Current engine"
  • go to "Parameters\TXM\Advanced\Charts Engine" and play with the "Rendering colors mode" list and "Monochrome rendering color"
  • create some charts and check that they matches the specified preferences
  • go to "Parameters\User\ and play with the "Rendering colors mode" of some TXM functions, eg. Specificities or Progression
  • these preferences override the global charts engine preferences
  • create some charts and check that they matches the specified overridden preferences
  • create some charts
  • play with the tool bar rendering modes combo box and check that the chart is well updated
  • create some charts that create a node result in the corpora view (as Progression)
  • play with the tool bar rendering modes combo box and check that the chart is well updated
  • close the editor
  • double-click on the result node to reopen an editor => the rendering mode must be the same as before closing the editor
