If a corpus has no annotation structure, the annotation mode button must be disabled (small bug if there is no annotation structure the tooltip is "save annotation").

open-save-close

Currently: annotation button behavior for Edition is:
- annotate (start) > open annotation toolbar
- save (end) > save annotations

Should be:
- annotate (start) > open annotation toolbar
- save (end) > save annotations + close annotation toolbar
