Description
Currently the XTZ default pager copy the @rend attribute in the @class attribute.
Update the scheme to what is specified for the XTZEditionBuilder macro: https://groupes.renater.fr/wiki/txm-info/public/specs_production_editions_synoptiques#macro_xtzeditionbuilder_cette_macro_sera_finalisee_plus_tard
