Description
Currently the two access modes to read the manual are separated by a 'macro documentation' entry in the Help menu.
A too rapid glance at the Help menu may incline the user to think that only the online manual is available, which is not the case.
Solution¶
Move 'read manual' entry just after 'read online manual' in Help menu.
