créé une section :
<Section type="report" topic="" startTime="" endTime="" attribut="valeur" attribut2="valeur2">

Problème : la DTD de Transcriber empêche d'ouvrir les fichiers avec des attributs supplémentaires

voir le sous-script TXT2TRS, mais j'ai l'impression qu'il y a déjà le code. à l'époque l'import TRS ne transférait pas les attributs supplémentaires des Section, Turn, etc.
